Take the gun, leave the cannoli!

Dark Chocolate and Pistachio dipped Cannoli Shells with powdered sugar sprinkled overtop!

The filling contained ricotta cheese, heavy whipping cream, orange zest, vanilla, sugar, chopped and toasted pistachios, and coarsely chopped dark chocolate pieces.

Clearly, this is my first time blogging.  Bear with me if this goes less than smoothly. Since I don't know how bloggers find fellow bloggers, I imagine a big, large, empty, internet echo as I type (type type ty...)!
